FASTPASS Worthy Attractions

Updated April 15, 2018

The Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom each offer an awesome array of thrill rides, dark rides and attractions. Disney uses what’s called a FASTPASS system that lets you skip the regular standby line on three rides of your choosing. FASTPASSES are free, but you have to be quick. FASTPASSES become available 30 days in advance of your visit if staying off-property and 60 days in advance if you are staying on-property.

The following are attractions that are “FASTPASS worthy”—meaning that getting yourself a FASTPASS could save you hours of time over the course of an entire day.  This isn’t a ranking of the best rides, it’s simply a list of what rides have the longest waits, and therefore the rides we recommend trying to obtain a FASTPASS.

Magic Kingdom

  1. Seven Dwarfs Mine Train
  2. Peter Pan’s Flight
  3. Space Mountain
  4. Splash Mountain
  5. Big Thunder Mountain Railroad

  1. Frozen Ever After
  2. Soarin’
  3. Test Track
  4. The Character Spot with Mickey, Minnie and Goofy

Hollywood Studios

  1. Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster
  2. Toy Story Mania!
  3. The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror
  4. Star Tours

Animal Kingdom

  1. Avatar Flight of Passage
  2. Na’vi River Journey
  3. Kali River Rapids
  4. Expedition Everest
  5. Kilimanjaro Safaris

Although you can register for three FASTPASSES early, once you use all three on the day of your visit you can continue to sign up for FASTPASSES (one-at-a-time) throughout the remainder of your day. Keep checking. You could luck into picking up a popular FASTPASS that another family just cancelled.

Thanks for Popping In!
